TRAUM is the shared vision of existence and music by four musicians: Luca Ciffo (Fuzz Orchestra), Lorenzo Stecconi (Lento), Luca T. Mai (Zu), and Paolo Mongardi (Fuzz Orchestra/Zeus).
Traum (“dream” in German) creates and shapes its music from a oneiric dimension. Whether it’s an illusory, lucid, interdimensional, or induced dream, their music bears witness to and describes its various aspects, keeping a steady course—like a modern Odysseus on his journey home.
Their debut album emerged as a spontaneous response to an urgent need for communication and musical exploration, both internally and externally. This urgency led to the creation of their first work in October 2022, when the band spent an entire month together in an ancient farmhouse, living, playing, improvising, and sharing their lives, musical passions, and cultural influences.
The self-titled album was released in an exclusive streaming preview on February 28, 2024, via Sentire Ascoltare, and became available on all platforms on March 1, 2024, under Subsound Records.
