She currently lives and works in Berlin, where she founded the first &#8220;Love Parade&#8221; in 1989. Alexander Hacke began producing music at a young age, both solo and in various bands, including &#8220;Sentimentale Jugend&#8221; alongside his girlfriend Christiane Vera Felscherinow (better known as Christiane F., author of &#8220;We, Children from Bahnhof Zoo&#8221;). The duo hackedepicciotto has a long history of musical collaborations (with Mick Harvey, Lustmord, Eric Hubel of the Glenn Branca Ensemble, The Tiger Lillies, Kid Congo, Julee Cruise). Their music is described as cinematic and drone, characterized by the fusion of acoustic instruments like violin, accordion, and autoharp with electric bass and electronic feedback. They have released several works, including the album &#8220;Keepsakes&#8221; in 2023 and &#8220;The Silver Threshold&#8221; in 2021.
