Four singer-songwriters, one stage, a single collective voice

“4/4 D’AUTORE” is a musical performance produced by Vox Day Soc. Coop., serving as a preview of the Karel Music Expo 2026. It brings together four singer-songwriters – two men and two women – each with a distinctive style, united by the desire to blend their voices, instruments, and sensibilities into a single sonic narrative. An immersive experience, it guides the audience on a musical journey that is both cohesive and diverse, thanks to the richness of the artistic personalities involved.
The project was born from an artistic and human encounter at CEC – Campus Energia Creativa, founded by singer-songwriter Piero Marras. This educational environment provided fertile ground for the development of a shared idea: to bring to the stage not only individual voices but also the value of collaboration, cross-pollination, and mutual listening.
The four main artists of the project are:
diMarzo (Giovanni Cossu): a singer-songwriter with pop sensibilities, known for clear melodies and lyrics that evoke nostalgia, desire, and love stories—both lived and imagined.
Stefano Cherchi: an artist with an intense and profound stylistic signature, whose repertoire is rooted in the hinterland and distinguished by dark atmospheres, introspective lyrics, and poetic nuances.
Federica Olla: a crystalline voice and radiant presence, singing love in all its forms—spiritual, physical, and universal—with grace and lightness.
Sidra (Piera Demurtas): a performer with ethereal and dreamy tones, capable of alternating between melancholy and hope, creating delicate and suspended soundscapes.
The coexistence of such diverse styles gives rise to an authentic musical tapestry, in which each artist contributes to enriching the others’ songs without compromising their identity, creating a harmonious balance that highlights the plurality of voices.
Supporting the ensemble is a fifth musical element: Enrico Severini, a guitarist and multi-instrumentalist who, while remaining outside the main narrative, intervenes with discretion and sensitivity to enhance the arrangements. He provides harmonic and rhythmic support, lending solidity and depth to the entire performance. The instruments used include guitar, piano, and cajón.
“4/4 D’AUTORE” presents itself as an artistic experience that combines music, poetry, and theater, aiming to offer the audience a moment of beauty, sharing, and authenticity. It is a project that celebrates expressive diversity and the power of collaboration, restoring to singer-songwriter music its deepest value: to be a voice of the soul and a tool for human connection.
